Corners heat-welded
A twin-head welding machine melts and fuses each corner, so the frame becomes one solid piece with no screws or gaps for water to get in.

Cleaned and finished
The corner cleaner trims the weld seams, then each joint is finished by hand for a smooth, neat corner you can run a finger over.
4Fitted in your home
Glass, seals and hardware go in, and our own team fits, seals and checks the window on site.
